About me
Hi! I'm Sean, a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Linguistics and Philosophy and a minor in Computer Science.
I've tinkered with tech my entire life, and got a multidisciplinary education to support bringing exciting innovations to as many people as I can.
I've worked for several years as an independent tech contractor offering clients unique solutions to their unique problems. Additionally, I have worked independently in game development and video editing, improving my suite of computer-focused strengths and continuing to work towards being as well-rounded a person and worker as I can be.
Game development is my dream career. The combination of art forms and technologies involved in game development firmly cements my love for video games as a wholy unique medium that I am eager to explore and learn more about. Although game development is an ideal end goal, every aspect of game development is supported by creative and artistic pillars across many different industries, and building my skills in those pillars is just as interesting and fulfilling to me as diving directly into the world of game development. Languages supporting cross-cultural communication of unique ideas and stories, an inventive tech stack and suite of tools to support efficient workflow, and the combining of different disciplines are all areas I want explore in a professional setting.
Whether it be a career in the tech landscape or a human-focused role, I'd be thrilled to work with you in making something new and exciting!
